Cookies & Tracking
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver/measure ads. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser. Some features may not work without certain cookies.

Analytics, Advertising & Social Tools
We may use analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) that set cookies or read device identifiers to measure traffic and show relevant ads. These providers process data subject to their own policies and may combine it with other information they have.

AI & Automation Features
If you interact with our AI chat/voice agents or automated workflows, we may log transcripts, audio, and metadata to operate, improve quality, and provide support. We may use third-party AI/telephony/automation vendors for processing consistent with this Policy and our agreements.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV. Processors handle your data under their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS standards.

How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, CRM, email/SMS, support, payments, advertising, AI/voice, data enrichment); business partners involved in marketing or joint offerings (with appropriate disclosures/consents where required); for legal, compliance, and security purposes (to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights, prevent fraud); and during business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets).
We do not sell personal information for money. For California/US state laws, “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising may occur (see “Your Privacy Rights”).

Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
